We're a small, fast-growing national call center based in Houston, TX, helping customers schedule quick and reliable water heater service every single day. With busy season in full swing, we're looking for friendly, motivated people who love great conversations and genuine teamwork.

This role is 100% onsite, come join the energy of our call center!

 What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with a smile (yes, customers can hear it!)
  • Help customers schedule their appointments quickly and easily
  • Share information about our services and answer product questions
  • Keep notes organized and accurate in our system
  • Use your problem-solving skills to make every call a great experience
