Job Title: Call Centre Service Representative


Job Reference # 15-26781

Duration: Contract to Hire (90 day Contract and then Permanent)

Location: 174 Thorn Hill Road, Warrendale, PA 15086

Payrate: $13 / hr on W2 while on CONTRACT and an increment to it once the position becomes PERMANENT



Responsibilities: 

The person would be taking all in bound calls from troubleshooting, complaints, technical issues, etc. 


Would be resolving customer issues.



Skills Required:


Desire previous experience in call center environment or also retail works well. This is not required but desired.


Must be able to communicate well on the phone


Must be technically competent. No specific technical skills but just a technical aptitude.


Must be able to type 40 WPM - we will need to test



Other Job Details: 


3 months contract to hire. First 2 months will be classroom training. Then after a month, contract converts permanent. Eligible for benefits day 1 of conversion


Candidates must be flexible with days and shifts between 6 a.m. and Midnight


During Training period, they will work daylight hours only


There will then be a shift lottery in which they will draw to see what shift they have between the 6am and midnight time frame. This will be their shift for 90 days. Every 90 days they redo the lottery and your shift could change. At this time also your lottery place is determined on a mix of 70% Performance and 30% Seniority 


Must be able to pass drug test and background check 


Must have reliable transportation


Must be able to start October 5th.
