Job description

Call Center Sales Representatives


Seeking a motivated and results-driven Call Center Sales Representative to join a dynamic Inside Commercial Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through various communication channels to promote solutions.


This is an inside office sales position. The products that will be marketing and sold to commercial clients are Energy Conservation products, Commodity Hedging, Power Factor Correction and Smart LED Lighting


OVERVIEW

• Make outbound calls in a call centre environment to potential customers

• Managing and growing our client base.

• Book appointments with commercial clients to meet with a senior sales consultant.

• Follow up with clients on booked appointments and follow throughs

• Respond to inquiries and engage with customers via phone, email

• Identify customer needs and present relevant solutions

• Support the senior sales team with lead management and follow-ups

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

• This is a Monday to Friday position


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts to achieve sales targets.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

• Conduct regular account reviews to identify client needs and potential challenges.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

• Track sales metrics and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.

• Comfortable working with technology and CRM tools (training provided)

• Ability to handle rejection and stay positive


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Good in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
  • Sales, Customer Service, experience is an asset but not needed.
