Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through phone calls, referrals, networking, and internet leads.
  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, Life, and Commercial insurance products.
  • Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads using CRM.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Educate customers on coverage options and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity goals.
  • Participate in local marketing events and community outreach.
  • Assist with social media marketing and online reputation management.
  • Request customer reviews and referral opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Requirements
  • Active California Property & Casualty License (Required within 30 days of Hire)
  • Life & Health License (Preferred or willing to obtain)
  • Previous insurance sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects
  • Experience with CRM software (AgencyZoom preferred)
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace)
