We are selecting a limited number of qualified candidates for the Farmers Insurance Agent in Training Program.
This hands-on mentorship program provides paid training, licensing, and daily warm leads while you learn directly from a top-ranked Farmers agent.
You will gain full exposure to insurance sales, marketing, recruiting, and business operations.

-Free insurance licensing and professional training
-Flexibility to broker business outside of Farmers appetite, allowing you to serve every client's needs if price is an objection. You will be captive with brokerage access!!

-Must obtain state insurance licensing (paid by us)
-Experienced insurance Sales Producers with a proven track record of sales, will have the option to work from home after training.
