Responsibilities
  • Shadow and learn from an experienced Insurance Professional to gain firsthand experience in all aspects of agency management, including sales, customer service, marketing, and team leadership.
  • Assist with client consultations, policy reviews, and insurance assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, acquire new clients, and retain existing business.
  • Collaborate with the mentor and agency team to execute marketing initiatives, community outreach efforts, and networking opportunities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge of the insurance industry.

Requirements
  • Fully licensed in Property & Casualty. We will assist with licensing requirements
  • Resides in the state of Ohio
