As an Agent in Development, youโ€™ll work within an established Farmers agency, gaining hands-on experience in sales, client service, and business operations while developing the skills needed for long-term career advancement.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Learn from an experienced mentor agent in a high-performing agency
  • Build strong client relationships through consultative sales and service
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Develop new business through referrals, networking, and provided opportunities
  • Manage client accounts, renewals, and service requests
