About This Role

As a Personal Lines Broker/Account Manager at Morison Insurance, you will be a trusted advisor our clients rely on to protect what matters most. You'll build lasting relationships by providing personalized insurance solutions, guiding clients through policy options, and ensuring they receive exceptional service at every step.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain solid client relationships
  • Assist building the book of business through new sales
  • Handle incoming customer service calls
  • Retain clear and concise documentation and records
  • Ongoing commitment to expand your insurance industry knowledge


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years Personal Lines' experience
  • RIBO license required, other industry designations such as CAIB or CIP would be an asset
  • Solid work experience on Compu-Quote and various insurance company portals
  • Experience with Epic would be an asset
  • Solid understanding of various insurance companies and their underwriting rules
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Perseverance to meet retention goals
  • A positive and keen attitude to meet our customers' needs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • French speaking would be an asset


Work Environment & Schedule

  • In-office
  • Monday-Friday schedule (8:30am-4:30pm)
  • Early Friday closures during long weekends (May-October)
