Key responsibilities:
- Scout and onboard new talent, including scheduling intro calls and managing forms
- Keep sales and talent pipelines accurate and up to date
- Coordinate scheduling and manage calendar and meetings
- Support client and brand outreach, joining relevant calls and helping with follow-ups
- Assist with sponsorships and deals, including contract negotiation and invoicing
- Create and organize sales folders, contracts, and talent assets like quarterly planners
- Liaise with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Participate in business development meetings, offering input and tracking progress
- Monitor industry trends and help identify growth opportunities for talent and the agency
- Contribute to brand-building efforts and ensure client satisfaction through strong communication

Your profile:
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in PR, marketing, business, communications, and relevant internship experience is a BIG plus!
- Passionate about influencer marketing and the creator economy, eager to learn and grow
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail-able to thoroughly review communications and stay on top of follow-ups
- Good eye for talent recruitment and ability to assess quality, authenticity, and influence (QAI)
- Knowledge of and interest in social media marketing, public relations, collaborations, and sponsorships
- Excellent time management and strong work ethic, comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- A strong desire to build a career in talent management and influencer marketing

Parameters & Perks!
Duration: 16 weeks
Schedule: Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
Compensation: While our internships are unpaid, we offer a $500 stipend upon successful completion of the 16-week program.
Full-Time Opportunity: This decision will be contingent on the successful completion of the internship, mutual agreement among all stakeholders and current hiring needs.ย
