Iqra Arsalan – Desjardins Insurance Agent is hiring a Commercial Insurance Account Representative who values integrity, accountability, and consistent performance.

We are looking for a professional who is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to building strong relationships with business clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of commercial clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate commercial insurance solutions
  • Provide professional service including policy changes, renewals, claims support, and billing inquiries
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
  • Meet established sales targets and performance expectations consistently
  • Build long-term client relationships through trust and service excellence

What You Bring
  • Property & Casualty license (required)
  • 2+ years of commercial insurance or relevant industry experience an assert.
  • LLQP license considered an asset
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
