Requirements

  • Active Indiana Insurance License with at least six months of personal insurance account management experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, rating procedures, and industry operations.
  • Proven track record of sales success with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Customer-focused, professional, and assertive in developing client relationships.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with agency management systems and technology.
  • Bilingual - Not required but is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients through various channels.
  • Actively prospect, round accounts, and solicit increased coverage while networking for new clients.
  • Provide tailored coverage options, process quotes, and bind insurance policies while ensuring all documentation is accurate.
