  • Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Rick DeKoter American Family, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation:

$60,000-$70,000 per year

Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure. Additional compensation details can be discussed during the interview process.
