Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Front Office Administrator & Scheduling Coordinator to support patient care, scheduling, and daily office operations across our practice.

This is a key role on our team. You help keep the schedule running smoothly, support patient financial coordination, and ensure every patient experience feels organized and welcoming from start to finish.


What You’ll Do
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments and treatment coordination
  • Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries in a professional and helpful manner
  • Assist patients with billing, insurance, and financial questions
  • Submit and manage insurance claims and follow up on outstanding issues
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate patient account records
  • Track cancellations, broken appointments, and maintain schedule flow
  • Send and document referrals and patient correspondence
  • Help ensure the front office is organized, efficient, and welcoming
