Office Administrator / Operations Coordinator

Full-Time | $17–$20 per hour (DOE)

40+ hours per week | Evenings & weekends as needed

Position Overview

This company is a mission-driven nonprofit organization seeking an organized, motivated team member to support operations, event coordination, outdoor programming, and community engagement. This position works closely with leadership to help plan and execute recreational activities serving individuals and families, including those living with mobility challenges and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and coordinating outdoor events and programs
  • Manage participant registration, scheduling, and follow-up communication
  • Support equipment setup, maintenance, and event logistics
