Resumen del Puesto

El/la Account Manager será responsable de administrar y desarrollar relaciones comerciales con una cartera de clientes, brindando apoyo continuo, resolviendo situaciones y asegurando que cada cuenta maximice el valor de los productos y servicios ofrecidos.

Esta posición requiere excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y orientación al cliente.


Responsabilidades
  • Administrar la comunicación diaria con clientes asignados

  • Atender y resolver solicitudes o situaciones de servicio de manera profesional

  • Apoyar en procesos de incorporación, configuración y cambios de cuenta

  • Educar a los clientes sobre nuevas herramientas, funciones y mejores prácticas

  • Ejecutar campañas de comunicación personalizadas y masivas por correo electrónico

  • Analizar retroalimentación de clientes para identificar oportunidades de mejora

  • Colaborar con equipos internos para optimizar procesos y elevar el nivel de servicio

  • Mantener relaciones sólidas y de largo plazo con clientes clave


Requisitos
  • Mínimo un (1) año de experiencia en account management, servicio al cliente, ventas o vendor management

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita

  • Capacidad para manejar múltiples cuentas y prioridades simultáneamente

  • Destrezas analíticas y orientación a resultados

  • Dominio de herramientas de Microsoft Office y sistemas CRM (preferible)

  • Habilidad para trabajar de manera independiente en un ambiente dinámico
