Job Summary
A dedicated and customer-focused Personal Insurance Account Manager is needed to join the team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for valued clients, managing personal insurance accounts while delivering exceptional service and advice. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Evaluate clients' personal insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations for products and services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, clearly explaining policies, coverage options, and pricing to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Process new policies, policy renewals, amendments, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist clients with claims filing and advocate on their behalf during the claims process.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, products, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide up-to-date advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and deliver seamless insurance solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements
