Job description

Travefy is the connected system powering the travel industry.
More than 50,000 travel agencies and advisors trust Travefy to help them prove their value, simplify their work, and grow their businesses. Our platform is where they go to manage clients, design and sell stunning trips, market their brands, and run the back office.
Travel is booming, a new generation of advisors is reshaping the industry, and Travefy builds the tools they run on. Come help shape how an entire industry works.
About the Role
You'll join an expanding revenue organization at a pivotal moment, helping drive the growth of the platform that is currently reshaping how the entire travel industry operates. This is a full-cycle sales role. You'll own a defined territory of mid-size travel agencies from day one, with live inbound leads, a target account list, and warm expansion opportunities inside our existing customer base. You'll be the first person in this seat, which means the results you produce and the playbook you help write will define the next chapter of Travefy.
You'll report to Revenue Leadership and work closely with our account management, partnerships, and marketing teams. This is a senior individual contributor position - we're looking for someone who loves the sales craft and thrives helping business leaders solve problems.
What You'll Own
  • New agency business: account-based outbound into a named universe of mid-size agencies, plus qualified inbound. Your signature play: walking into an agency where 30 of their advisors already run on Travefy and making it official.
  • Expanding current accounts: You will help existing clients adopt more of our tools, such as our CRM and Back Office features, working alongside our Strategic Accounts team to find the right opportunities.
  • Partner network conversion: turning long-standing industry relationships into platform customers, and building the acquisition plan for advisors inside partner networks.

Your Day to Day
  • Build and work outbound account lists; qualify and close inbound opportunities
  • Sell expansion into existing agency accounts - often agencies where many advisors already use Travefy individually - in partnership with our account management team
  • Develop and execute sales plans for our industry partner networks
  • Keep an accurate, honest pipeline in our CRM
  • Document what works: the ICP, buying triggers, and objections you validate become the company playbook

What We're Looking For
  • 4-7 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience at $10,000-$30,000 annual deal sizes
  • A track record of self-sourced pipeline - you can show us deals you generated yourself, from first touch to close
  • Strong outbound fundamentals: account research, list building, multi-threading, and disciplined follow-up
  • A consultative selling style - you can run a structured discovery and demo with buying committees
  • Fluency with modern sales tools, including AI, as part of your daily workflow
  • The self-direction to manage your own time, territory, and number
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Bonuses
  • Experience in or selling to the travel industry
  • A track record of cross-selling into an existing customer base

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation: $80-90K base, $135-155K OTE, uncapped.
  • Health, Dental & Vision insurance for you and your family.
  • Life and Disability insurance.
  • 401(k) with automatic company contribution.
  • Unlimited Vacation + Annual Travel Stipend.
  • Annual all-team retreat to connect the whole company in person.
  • Technology, learning budgets, and more.

Location & Eligibility
This position is available as a remote opportunity within our distributed team or as a hybrid role based in our Lincoln or Omaha, NE, offices.
At this time, we're not considering applicants who need immigration sponsorship (additional work authorization or permanent work authorization), now or in the future, to work in the United States.
