Position Overview: 

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our fun and dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients, managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, and supporting the growth of our business. You will be a key point of contact for clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs and ensuring they have the right coverage in place. 
Key Responsibilities:

-        Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
-        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.
-        Process renewals, endorsements, claims, and any other service-related requests in a timely and efficient manner.
-        Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate favorable terms, coverage, and pricing for clients.
-        Ensure accuracy and completeness of all policy documentation and maintain up-to-date records in the agency management system.
-        Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services to meet the needs of existing clients.
-        Provide proactive client education on insurance products, policy changes, and industry trends.
-        Work closely with our team to deliver a high level of customer service and support a positive team culture.
Qualifications:

-        Prior experience in commercial insurance, customer service, or account management (preferably in the insurance industry).
-        Active Property & Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
-        Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
-        Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
-        Proficient with insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
-        A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a desire to contribute to a fun and supportive team environment.
