What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Office Support โ€“ Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and partner with leadership on hiring decisions.
  • Onboarding & Training โ€“ Prepare offer letters, coordinate orientations, manage background checks, drug screenings, and set up training modules in Relias.
  • Employee Support โ€“ Guide team members through policies, benefits enrollment, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Administrative Management โ€“ Maintain personnel files, process invoices, track deposits for move-ins and move-outs, and prepare workersโ€™ comp reports when needed.
  • Culture Champion โ€“ Help foster an engaging and positive workplace where team members feel supported and valued.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in office management, HR, recruiting, or a similar administrative role (preferred).
  • Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
