Job description

Job Title: Insights Analyst
Job Summary
The Insights Analyst is responsible for identifying meaningful trends and insights within client data to help drive data-informed decision-making. This role works directly with RevSpring Analytics and Engage IQ customers to analyze performance data, deliver actionable recommendations, and demonstrate the value of RevSpring's analytics solutions.
The Insights Analyst collaborates closely with internal data analysts, dashboard developers, marketing, and client-facing teams to enhance reporting tools and ensure insights lead to measurable client outcomes. This role reports to the manager of the Insight Analyst team.
Essential Functions
Program Reviews
  • Serve in a client-facing capacity for approximately 50% of the role.
  • Perform in-depth analyses for some of RevSpring's largest clients and assist in proprietary research initiatives.
  • Review analytics reporting to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that help clients optimize their use of RevSpring products.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients that summarize findings, insights, and strategic recommendations.

Client Support
  • Participate in client meetings and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Implement minor updates to client analytics crosswalks based on findings from program reviews.
  • Support clients in understanding analytics reports and applying insights to improve program performance.

Marketing Insights
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify client success stories suitable for whitepapers, case studies, and infographics.
  • Develop presentations that align with RevSpring branding standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to identify potential sales or expansion opportunities discovered during program reviews.

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical and business concepts.

  • Strong presentation skills and experience communicating findings to clients.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Education
Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience
  • 1-5 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent data analytics experience
  • At least one year in a client-facing role preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience is helpful but not required

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
