Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, retail sales, call center, or other customer-facing roles
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
