Lead a High-Performing Sales Team
Fox Haven Roofing is looking for an experienced, results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our growing call center team. This leadership role is responsible for managing inside sales representatives, driving appointment-setting performance, coaching team members, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader with a proven track record of building successful sales teams and achieving measurable results.
What You’ll Do
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a team of inside sales representatives and appointment setters.
  • Manage daily call center operations, including scheduling, productivity, and performance monitoring.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, contact rates, appointments set, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance evaluations to improve individual and team results.
  • Develop strategies to increase lead conversion and maximize appointment quality.
  • Work closely with the outside sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
