Job Description:
The Inside Sales job is to provide customer commodity product support and process commodity and warehouse product sales. This is an exempt position not eligible for overtime with a commission on sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Office
  • Answer in-bound customer phones calls.
  • Provide support for the Account Management staff when needed by answering customer requests.
Inside Sales 
  • Process orders received by phone, email and walk-ins
  • Check ship status, track orders and forward information to customers when requested.
  • Assist customers in warranty issues and freight claims.
  • Coordinate project deliveries.
  • Assist with order picking as needed.
Data Entry 
  • Input orders into Fishbowl.
  • Review and cleanup Fishbowl open orders weekly
  • Process credits for customer returns
  • Prepare UPS shipments.

Experience and Requirements:
  • High School education required. Additional education a plus
  • Sales experience
  • Strong communications skills for phones, email and in-person
  • Experience working in a high-volume business.
  • Operate computer using Microsoft office software including Word & Excel
  • Customer service experience
  • HVAC Knowledge a plus
  • HVAC warehouse experience a plus
  • Fishbowl a plus
  • Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Internet and Order Processing. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Over 2/3 of the time, this employee will be Sitting, using hands to finger, handle or feel, talking, hearing (listening)
