Job description

We are a U.S.-based distributor of quartz and stone slabs available inventory in Tukwila warehouse, serving fabricators, contractors, and trade partners across the Greater Seattle area.

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales/Admin to support daily sales activities at our slab warehouse. This role focuses on handling inbound leads, preparing quotes, and actively following up to close sales and admin works.

Compensation

$50,000 – $60,000/year base + commission/bonus (based on performance)

What You’ll Do

  • Contact leads prospect data provided by company.
  • Follow up field sales leads from sales managers.
  • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries (phone, email, walk-in customers) 
  • Prepare and send quotations accurately and efficiently 
  • Follow up consistently on quotes to close sales 
  • Assist customers in selecting slabs at the warehouse/showroom 
  • Coordinate with warehouse team on inventory, reservations, and order fulfillment 
  • Maintain and update CRM/pipeline tracking 
  • Support the Sales Manager in daily sales operations 

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of sales, inside sales, or customer service experience 
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail 
  • Clear and professional communication (phone & email) 
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse/showroom environment 
  • Organized, responsive, and results-driven 
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email) 
  • Spanish is a plus
