Job description

Description
We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional to become the communication hub of our growing company.
As our Customer Experience Coordinator/Inside Sales, your primary responsibility will be converting inbound leads into scheduled appointments. You'll answer incoming calls, respond to web inquiries, texts, emails, and social media leads, ask qualifying questions, and ensure every customer receives a prompt, professional experience from their very first interaction.
You'll also play a key role in managing our CRM by following up with open opportunities, reactivating past leads and previous customers, and ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks. Success in this role comes from excellent communication, strong organization, consistent follow-through, and a genuine desire to help people.
If you enjoy talking with people, staying organized, and making a direct impact on a growing business, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
• Respond to inbound calls, web forms, texts, and social leads.
• Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments.
• Keep the CRM clean and ensure every lead has a next step.
• Re-engage old leads and past customers.
• Support the sales team through consistent follow-up.
Qualifications
• Experience in inside sales or customer service roles, preferably within the construction industry.
• Ability to maintain and manage a CRM system, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective lead conversion and follow-up.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with potential clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and report on performance to ensure alignment with sales goals and objectives monthly and quarterly.
