Inside Account Representative

The Inside Account Representative for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization deliver results and provide exceptional customer service to our partners.

In the Inside Account Representative role, you work with specific, identified accounts. Position owns the daily contact with specific, identified accounts. Incumbents work proactively to drive revenues/margins to ensure organizational profitability. Incumbent is seasoned and has the experience to handle complex customer issues.

What You'll Do:
  • Manages customer and territory Profit & Loss.
  • Must demonstrate critical thinking skills to successfully manage the growth and profitability of assigned territory.
  • Generates new business through inbound and outbound calling.
  • Coordinates with field sales team to answer RFPs, provide proposals to accounts, and QBR presentations.
  • Identifies business growth opportunities through research and executes growth plans for the sales territory.
  • Responsible for having knowledge of customers within assigned territory and creating relationships at the purchasing, sales, and operational levels. Align with vendor management to introduce, drive, and execute goals. Help coordinate customer engagement with Finance and Purchasing either directly or through executing actions of these groups.
  • Builds and maintains detailed account profiles for each customer and has ability to identify opportunities to attached additional TD SYNNEX solution offerings where applicable.
  • Ability to identify potential issues and challenges and provide visibility to them in a timely manner to Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive.
  • Develops written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts and delegates repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX support teams.
  • Could travel / attends TD SYNNEX and Industry events depend on necessity.
  • Collaborate with sales support to ensure quotes/orders are processed timely and accurately.
  • Develop and maintain relationships at all levels with customers.
  • Possesses basic understanding of TD SYNNEX strategy and initiatives and can provide value proposition to customer base.
  • Uses project management skills to complete customer requests.
  • Performs other additional duties as assigned.
