Patient Load:

  • 18 patients per 12-hour shift

Position Details:

  • 63-bed facility with 11 emergency department rooms; designated as a Level II Trauma center
  • Day shifts: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM; Night shifts: 5:30 PM - 6:30 AM
  • Advanced Practice Provider (APP) coverage:
    • Monday-Thursday: 10 AM - 8 PM
    • Friday: 10 AM - 6 PM
    • Saturday/Sunday: 10 AM - 4 PM
  • Annual patient volume: 16,000
  • Hospitalists respond to codes, with ER physicians providing backup support

Candidate Requirements:

  • Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine with emergency department experience

Electronic Medical Record System:
