Our Pediatric offices offer a full-service pediatric care to newborns, children, and teens. Services include all immunizations, school physicals, acne treatments, ADHD management, skin disorders, weight management, as well as the latest innovations in diagnosing, testing, and treating allergy and asthma disorders.

To support our continued growth toward value-based care, we are looking for a dynamic, team-oriented physician who takes pride in building relationships with their patients and families.

About The Pediatric Clinic:
“Traditional” pediatric practice offering opportunity for nursery, hospitalist, and OP care
1:4 call for hospital coverage
Practice has nurse call coverage for afterhours patient calls

About SMC:
Level III Trauma Center
1,000 births annually
Level II NICU
Independent health system for over 65 years.

The Physician must be American Board certified or Board eligible in Pediatrics and must possess a valid State of Texas medical license.  The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence, quality, and patient satisfaction. The Shannon Women’s and Children’s Hospital is a multi-level facility and currently at 85,000 sq ft. Once construction is completed the facility will be over 100,000 sq ft.  The units will be a Level II Labor & Delivery, Level II Special Care Nursery, Mother/Baby, Gynecology, and Pediatrics.  The expansion focused on consolidating services as well as focusing on expanding to a Level III maternal and neonatal care in the future.
