Supportive Community Innovations

Position

Title: BCBA / LBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Licensed Behavior Analyst)

  • accepting BCBAs working toward Indiana licensure

Our services include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Support Services, Counseling, Recreational Therapy, Day Habilitation, Participant Assistance and Care (PAC), and other community-based supports. Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Design and oversee ABA programs.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs.
  • Analyze data and adjust programming.
  • Provide caregiver training.
  • Maintain timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with psychologists, counselors, waiver professionals, recreational therapists, and other team members.
  • Promote ethical, person-centered care.
  • Participate in professional development and organizational improvement.

Qualifications

  • BCBA credential.
  • Indiana LBA or eligible.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Background check and drug screen.
  • Strong communication, organization, and writing skills.
