Job description

Innovations In Learning (IIL) is seeking a qualified BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team! IIL opened one of the first ABA Clinics in NWI and we take pride with having a strong positive reputation in our community for providing exceptional services.


Our BCBA (ABA Supervising Therapists) work in our ABA Clinic designing, supervising, and implementing verbal behavior programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our ABA Supervising Therapists have a manageable caseload of 7 full-time clients. The position has many benefits including, competitive salary, insurance benefits (medical/dental/vision/STD/LTD), employer paid Life Insurance, PTO, 401k matching program , quarterly over billing bonus, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative setting with on-site Clinical Supervisor(s) & other BCBAs.

ABA Supervising Therapists are responsible for such activities as assessment, program development, data analysis, report writing, treatment plan and behavior support plan development, and supervision and training of a team of RBTs. At least 1-year experience providing verbal behavior therapy to individuals with Autism is preferred.
