• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries or injuries, assessing their physical capabilities and limitations.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to facilitate healing and restore mobility.
• Monitor patient progress through regular documentation and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on effective self-management strategies, home exercises, and the correct usage of assistive devices.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive care plan and promote patient well-being.

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals suffering from orthopedic conditions, including postoperative patients, those with chronic pain, sports-related injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. You will work closely with diverse age groups, from active children to older adults, adapting therapies to meet each patient's unique needs and goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in computer systems for documentation and patient management is needed.
• A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes.

• Two years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy is preferred, although recent graduates with relevant internships will be considered.
