In the role of a Program Manager - Innovation in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Supply Chain Capabilities Team, serving as a subject matter expert to our Brilliant Execution of projects and the START stage gate process. You'll ensure that all Project Managers adhere to the MolsonCoors' stage gate processes and ways of working, overseeing project timelines, risk reviews, prioritization and use of tools (Project Portfolio Management Tool, Resource Allocation, and others) to manage the portfolio of projects under you and your team's responsibility. Your role will involve planning, organizing and leading teams to successfully implement leadership-approved projects stemming from our Innovation agenda which include but is not limited to; New Product Development, Line Extensions, New SKUs, New Seasonal Rotations, New Package Containers, Reformulations, Pilot Initiatives, and more across our North American Market.  

This position reports to the Dir. Project Management Office & Commercialization and works closely with our Beverage Innovation & Quality Team, Innovation Marketing, Supply Chain Business Partners as well as other supporting functions (Supply Planning, Procurement, Studio Team) and other Commercialization areas.

What You'll Be Brewing: 

  • Lead a team of 7 Project Managers as part of the PMO office and support their drive toward successful launches on the pipeline, while maintaining high quality 1-to-1 work and development conversations
  • Leverage internal, external and consultant resources to achieve project aligned project objectives.
  • Analyze upfront projects in innovation funnel and identify timelines to support Supply Chain Business Partners; call out initial risks and communicate to stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Monitor the progress of innovation ideas and support the KPIs of the network to achieve on-time Final Approval.
  • Oversee the Innovation Committee (InnoCom) stage gate process, ensuring effective communication of outcomes to stakeholders and maintaining accountability across teams.
  • Maintain a customer-focused and solution orientated approach, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction.

 

Key Ingredients: 

  •  5+ years of Project Management experience. PMP Certification preferred.
  •  Previous experience in CPG supply chain is preferred
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business 
  • You are serious about delivering results and take pride in a proven track record of delivering projects in time.  
  •  You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style, and you can equally execute ideas given to you.
  • You are an empathetic leader that can coach and build the bench strength of your assigned team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerApps, Power BI, etc.

At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $111,900.00 - $146,900.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
