What is the difference between Innovation Management vs Product Management?

AspectInnovation ManagementProduct Management
Primary FocusDeveloping and implementing new ideas and innovationsManaging the lifecycle of a specific product from conception to market
Skills & CertificationsCreativity, strategic thinking, innovation frameworksMarket research, project management, product development
