As a Market Sales Manager at poppi, you'll be the driving force behind retail sales execution in your territory. In this field-based role, you'll manage large-format, convenience & gas, and away-from-home accounts, ensuring flawless market execution while expanding poppi's footprint. You'll provide leadership, coaching, to the teams you support to maximize impact, while visiting stores daily to strengthen customer relationships and bring the poppi brand to life in market.

Responsibilities
  • Drive in-store execution and brand growth for poppi within your assigned territory; and maximize upsell opportunities for poppi displays and equipment.
  • Coordinate with sales leadership to ensure smooth communication around retailer activations, key initiatives, and upcoming focus areas.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers to support the overall growth of the poppi brand in your territory.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, to ensure the teams you support deliver maximum impact in the market.
  • Collaborate with the PepsiCo field sales team to implement strategies that support brand development and improve performance.
  • Leverage syndicated data to identify opportunities, guide sales strategy, and drive impactful market execution.
  • Participate in local and regional crew drives and sales blitzes to help meet market development goals.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,700 - $135,100.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out quarterly.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and experience using sales-tracking software.
  • Valid state driver's license for the posted state or territory, and reliable transportation in accordance with State requirements for motor vehicles.
