  • Partner with leaders on workforce and talent planning; identify capability gaps, retention risk, and talent needs, and translate them into proactive staffing and development recommendations.
  • Serve as a day-to-day HR resource for home office managers and team members, addressing talent-related questions, escalating appropriately, and building ongoing relationships across the organization.
  • Coordinate and execute COE programs spanning Talent Strategy, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards, including performance management, engagement, onboarding, hiring, leadership development, and total rewards initiatives.
  • Analyze people data and prepare insights, reports, and presentation materials to support talent conversations and leadership decision-making.

Skills for Success:

  • Years of Experience: 5+ years of HR or relevant experience required, including experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Proactive, self-starting partner with strong people skills who thrives amid shifting deadlines and priorities.
  • Skilled at coaching managers and team members toward stronger individual and team performance, with the ability to communicate directly while leading with empathy.
  • Comfortable saying no and offering well-reasoned alternatives to leaders; handles sensitive information with discretion and builds credibility across all levels.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS or other HR platforms, AI tools or platforms; brings an AI-forward mindset and curiosity for using AI tools to work smarter.
