Job Title: Internal Medicine Hospitalist 
Location: Inland Valley Medical Center & Rancho Springs Medical Center
Position Type: Full-Time | W-2 or 1099
Start Date: As soon as credentialed

About the Organization
Acute Care Associates of California (ACACA), in partnership with White Coat Medical Group, is a physician-led hospital medicine group delivering high-quality inpatient care across the Inland Empire region of Southern California. Our teams emphasize clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and collaborative practice models that support both patient outcomes and physician work-life balance.
We are seeking Board-Certified Internal Medicine Hospitalists to join our inpatient teams at Inland Valley Medical Center and Rancho Springs Medical Center in Southwest Riverside County, California. This is a full-time swing-shift hospitalist role with some night coverage built into a structured rotation, offering a physician-led, collaborative environment focused on high-quality inpatient care.
  • Provide high-quality inpatient medical care to adult patients
  • Conduct daily rounds and manage admissions and discharges
  • Coordinate transitions of care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Supervise and support residents and advanced practice providers
  • Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and clinical workflows
  • Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
  • Eligible for California medical licensure
  • ACLS and BLS required
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Prior inpatient hospitalist experience preferred
Compensation
  • $250,000 - $290,000
