International Sales Manager for Latin America (Hiring Immediately) – Deland, FL. A growing flavors company seeks a bilingual sales manager to join the team. This role is based in Central Florida and requires travel internationally to LATAM as needed.

Job Details

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving sales of high-quality ingredients in the LATAM region, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability. This is a permanent sales management position in the dynamic flavor industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory, reaching or exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a flavor or ingredient sales role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience in the food industry, specifically working with flavors or ingredients, is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the LATAM market and experience in managing relationships in this region.
  • Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software; knowledge of market research and sales principles.
  • Knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
