THE WORK:
  • You'll ensure that all roadway and civil construction work is performed in compliance with project plans, specifications, and applicable standards.
  • You'll perform daily inspection of roadway, grading, paving, and related civil work.
  • You'll verify contractor compliance with plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
  • You'll prepare daily inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • You'll coordinate with contractors, project managers, and client representatives.
  • You'll monitor quantities, materials testing, and field changes.
  • You'll identify and report non-conforming work and assist in resolution.
  • You'll support project controls, including schedule and progress tracking.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • 5+ years of roadway or heavy civil inspection experience and experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
  • 2+ years of experience on bridge, roadway, or transportation infrastructure projects
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Strong knowledge of Caltrans standards and specifications preferred
  • Certifications such as NICET, Caltrans, or equivalent preferred
$140,000 - $160,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
