The Mission

As one of our first dedicated sales hires, you aren't just filling a seat; you are building the commercial engine of the company. You will lead the charge in securing long-term master service agreements (MSAs) and multi-megawatt compute contracts, positioning Eagle Mountain as the premier destination for massive-scale inference and training workloads.
The Role
We are looking for a "player-coach" who can navigate the complex procurement cycles of Tier 1 hyperscalers and the rapid-fire demands of emerging neoclouds. You understand that selling GPU compute isn't just about "speeds and feeds"—it’s about power density, thermal management, low-latency interconnects, and total cost of ownership (TCO).
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Architecture: Build and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting three core segments: Hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure), Neoclouds (CoreWeave, Lambda, etc.), and Enterprise AI Labs.
- Strategic Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, including Reserved Instance (RI) agreements, colocation leases, and "Compute-as-a-Service" models.
- Technical Liaison: Work closely with our engineering and operations teams to align our power and cooling capabilities with client-specific GPU cluster requirements (e.g., H100/B200 deployments).
- Ecosystem Integration: Leverage your existing network within the NVIDIA/AMD ecosystem and the broader data center REIT community to identify un-forecasted demand.
- Revenue Operations: Establish our sales tech stack, CRM hygiene, and forecasting models to provide the board with clear visibility into the long-term revenue backlog.
The Candidate Profile
- The Track Record: 8–12+ years in infrastructure sales, specifically within Data Centers, Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), or High-Performance Computing.
- The Network: You have a "rolodex" of decision-makers at major cloud providers and high-growth AI startups.
- Technical Literacy: You can hold your own in a conversation about liquid cooling, Infiniband vs. RoCE, and why PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) matters to a client’s bottom line.
- The "First Hire" Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity and possess the grit to build sales processes from scratch while simultaneously closing eight-figure deals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the NVIDIA Blackwell/Hopper architecture roadmap.
- Experience with structured finance or infrastructure-backed leasing models.
- Previous experience at a "Scale-out" startup or a major Data Center REIT (Equinix, Digital Realty, etc.).
