THE WORK:
  • You'll oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final punch list and closeout.
  • You'll lead and mentor on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
  • You'll develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within financial targets.
  • You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • You'll enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes across all job sites.
  • You'll proactively identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems and resolving issues before they impact schedule or budget.
  • You'll review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress payments to maintain project documentation and financial control.
  • You'll conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and company standards.
  • You'll cultivate and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure reliable partnerships and competitive pricing.
  • You'll leverage construction management software and technology to streamline processes, track progress, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
  • Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus
  • Outstanding negotiating skills
  • Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
$125,000 - $160,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
