Job description

You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and clients. You will be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues and will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • - Provide technical support to staff and clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and performing maintenance tasks.
  • - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
  • - Conduct regular system backups and ensure data security.
  • - Train staff on new software and technology systems.
  • - Maintain inventory of hardware and software and coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.
  • - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • - Maintain documentation of IT procedures and processes.
Qualifications
  • - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • - Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • - Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
