Job description

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our growing team in Austin, Texas. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees in all areas of information technology. This is a full-time position, with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
  • Monitor and maintain network and server systems to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues
  • Assist with the implementation of new technology and systems to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and user accounts
  • Train employees on the proper use of technology and software
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to all employees
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Knowledge of network and server systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
