Job Title: IT Support Analyst
Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Role
Location: On-site - Atlanta, GA
Time Zone: U.S. Eastern Time (ET)
Industry: Technology Consulting / Digital Services
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
About the Role
Kopius is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team on-site at our new Atlanta office. This role provides IT support for Kopius as a company, not only for the Atlanta office or the local team - the analyst is part of our broader support staff, serving employees across the organization regardless of location, the same as any other member of the support team. Based on-site in Atlanta, this person will work closely with our centralized IT team based in Argentina.
You will act as our local IT presence in Atlanta - ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating with external vendors, and supporting office infrastructure - while also being available to support Kopius employees company-wide as part of the broader IT support team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being the "eyes and hands" of a distributed IT team, works effectively with both in-person users and remote colleagues, and takes ownership of the operational health of a growing office environment.
???????
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site IT support to employees in the Atlanta office, and remote support to Kopius employees company-wide as part of the broader IT support team
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including laptops, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices
  • Support Microsoft 365 technologies, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Perform basic Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration, including user support and access-related tasks
  • Support endpoint management through our MDM platform (Microsoft Intune experience preferred)
  • Assist with basic networking tasks, including connectivity troubleshooting, Wi-Fi, switches, and office infrastructure
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office installations, repairs, internet services, cabling, and other IT-related work
  • Assist with IT asset management, inventory, equipment deployments, and procurement
  • Prepare and deploy equipment for new hires and recover equipment during offboarding
  • Participate in regular meetings with the centralized IT team and maintain constant communication to ensure alignment on priorities and ongoing projects
  • Escalate issues when necessary while acting as the "hands and eyes" of the IT department in the Atlanta office
  • Assist with maintaining office technology, meeting rooms, conferencing equipment, and general workplace IT operations

Basic Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with employees at all levels - both on-site and across the company - and coordinate effectively with a remote IT team
  • Strong customer service orientation - patient, approachable, and solution-focused
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying aligned with a distributed team
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through discipline
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution
  • Comfortable being the sole on-site IT presence and taking ownership of local operational outcomes
  • Reliable and dependable - comfortable with the accountability that comes with being the local point of contact
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership over office IT health and user experience

Technical Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience providing on-site IT support in a corporate environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or another MDM solution
  • Basic networking knowledge - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, switching
  • Experience supporting printers, peripherals, and office equipment
  • Experience with IT asset management, inventory, and equipment lifecycle (deployment, recovery, procurement)
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors for office IT operations
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Nice to have: IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications)
  • Nice to have: Experience supporting conferencing equipment and meeting room technology
  • Nice to have: Experience supporting distributed / hybrid teams across multiple time zones
  • Nice to have: Prior experience in IT services, technology consulting, or professional services environments

Things to keep in mind!
  • Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 / year. Individual pay within the posted range is determined by multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
  • Location: This is a full-time on-site role based at our Atlanta, GA office. Candidates must be located in the Atlanta metro area.
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship, transfer, or extension of work authorization now or in the future.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, marital status, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under federal, state, or local law.
