Job description

Information Coordinator

Here at Fairview, we are now seeking an Information Coordinator to join our imaging team at our Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury, MN! This is a .7 FTE (56 hours per 2 weeks) position that will work the following schedule:

Week 1

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (8AM - 4:30PM)

Saturday (7:30AM - 4PM)

Week 2

Thursday, Friday (8AM - 4:30PM)

Saturday (7:30AM - 4PM)

Information Coordinator provides expert support services including scheduling, registration, point of service collections, administrative services, managing clinical records, customer service, and support for collaborative care team initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 2-year degree or combination of education and/or experience equivalent to 2 years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts
  • 3 years customer facing experience in a health care related field
  • Electronic Medical Record experience
  • Scheduling and registration experience
