Job Title: Microsoft SharePoint Online & Power Platform Engineer
Location: Sioux Falls, SD or West Des Moines, IA
Duration: 12+ Months W2 Only
 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
  • 5+ years of SharePoint Online information architecture experience.
  • 3+ years of Power Apps development.
  • 3+ years of Power Automate development.
  • 3+ years of Power Platform governance experience.
  • Strong SharePoint Online administration and troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience designing SharePoint sites, hubs, metadata, taxonomy, and content organization.
  • Experience implementing lifecycle management, governance, and compliance processes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft Purview.
  • Experience troubleshooting permissions, workflows, connectors, and content management issues.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) in an Agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner directly with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
