  • 10+ years experience in information architecture and user experience design.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale, omni-channel and mobile environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply business strategy and integrate user research to information architecture
  • . Demonstrated ability to specify complex transactional interfaces; taxonomies and frameworks; and template libraries for content management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort level with speaking to C-level executives and technology specialists alike.
  • Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams to achieve agreed upon success metrics on schedule and on budget.
  • Experience with a variety of modeling and mapping tools to explain user experiences.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and involvement in the IA and UX community at large
  • Advanced proficiency in a variety of design tools including Omnigraffle, Visio, and/or InDesign, as well as the MS Office Suite.
