We''re looking for an Information Architect on our intranet team you will play an important role on our intranet transformation project. This role will focus on understanding colleague and business needs to design an intuitive, efficient, and scalable information architecture for our intranet.

You will be responsible for creating the navigation, taxonomy, and overall content structure that will enhance user experience and support organizational goals.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design and develop the intranet information architecture, including navigation, site maps, and content taxonomy.
  • Create wireframes and navigation models to guide intranet design and development teams.
  • Ensure content is organized logically to improve findability and usability.
  • Develop clear, consistent naming conventions and metadata schemas to describe content accurately.
  • Work closely with content owners, UX designers, and developers to implement and refine the architecture.
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to optimize the intranet structure.
