Job description

Job Title: ServiceNow MCO Architect

Job Location: Houston, Texas


Job Description:

  • 8 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment
  • Atleast 12 to 14 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience

Roles & Responsibilties :

  • Provide domain, architecture, and the technical aspects of the project.
  • Participate in requirement gathering meetings and provide inputs to the developers based on the requirements. ?
  • End to end guidance and review of Modular Implementation & customization in ServiceNow?
  • Hands-on experience in implementing in multiple ServiceNow Modules and 3rd party integrations
  • Guidance on Implementation of ServiceNow Modules, primarily MCO, CSM, ITSM and Platform Configuration
  • Client and Server APIs i.e. GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc
  • Validate requirements and highlight discrepancies
  • Design solution and suggest technical best practices
  • Ensure information is accurate and feasible

Certifications :

  • ServiceNow Administration certification
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification(various tracks)
  • ServiceNow Master Architect Certification(optional)
