The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a certified, expert ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-wide design and integration. This strategic role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality technical solutions and mentoring teams to foster innovation and best practices.
We value self-initiated team members who strive to produce high quality work through collaboration with team members and customers while making a difference through individual contributions to ensure project success for our team and our customers. We are leading the charge for digital transformation in the intelligence community, so we are seeking team members who are optimistic about leveraging emergent technologies that are strategically aligned to best practices.
As part of CACI's Intel Application Services, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation's safety, security, and prosperity.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions
  • Serve as the technical lead, evaluating deep architectural fit, integration complexity, and whether "out-of-the-box" (OOTB) functionality meets requirements
  • Identify "must-have" vs. "nice-to-have" features across core workflows (e.g., Incident, Change, Asset Management)
  • Act as the liaison with government technical leaders, program leadership and other stakeholders to identify, evaluate and integrate with enterprise service offerings
  • Develop and implement standards for the acquisition, use and maintenance of technology
  • Deliver products in coordination with the agile project delivery teams and participate in briefings with program and government personnel as required
  • Establish and enforce development standards, code reviews, and architectural principles to minimize technical debt and ensure upgrade-readiness
  • Focus on long-term scalability and strategic roadmap alignment
  • Compare the current state against the desired future state, assessing alternative requirements, determining whether excessive custom coding or third-party plugins to match ServiceNow's breadth
  • Architect integrations with third-party technologies and act as a subject matter expert (SME) on platform capabilities
  • Lead in the creation of architectural blueprints and technical designs that leverage out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities while managing necessary customization

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience and demonstrated knowledge of developing and directing the design, architecture and implementation of data services that include COTS products, security identity and access management services
  • Minimum 8 years' experience developing System Architecture, Software Architecture and Enterprise Architecture diagrams and associated technical specifications
  • Thorough experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Detailed experience with ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
  • Extensive experience designing/implementing ServiceNow solutions (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and data modeling
  • Experience working within an agile sprint development team environment using ServiceNow platform
  • Experience establishing enterprise service offerings
  • Ability to creatively collaborate with other program personnel to ensure a unified and well-executed goal
  • Composure and ability to lead with confidence and calmness when faced with competing high-priority projects and difficult decisions and when delivering solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills using MS Word and other tools
  • Excellent presentation development and delivery skills using MS PowerPoint
  • TS/SCI with Poly
  • BA/BS Degree

Desired
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or the Certified Master Architect (CMA))
  • TOGAF Certifications
  • Working knowledge of DoD Architecture V 2.0 Frameworks
