We are seeking an Influencer Relations Manager to help build impactful creator partnerships within the fast-growing mobile gaming and digital marketing ecosystem.
In this role, you will manage influencer campaigns from creator selection and negotiations to content delivery and performance tracking.
You will work closely with internal teams, creators, and talent representatives to deliver successful campaigns for leading brands and publishers.
The position combines relationship management, campaign execution, negotiation, and creative problem-solving.
You will contribute to innovative marketing strategies across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok.

Accountabilities:

The Influencer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing influencer marketing campaigns, maintaining strong creator relationships, and ensuring smooth execution from initial research through final content delivery. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns across the full operational lifecycle, including creator selection, contract negotiations, content scheduling, and delivery tracking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators, agencies, and talent representatives across relevant social platforms.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms with mid-tier creators to secure effective partnerships while optimizing campaign budgets.
  • Act as the main internal point of contact for Account Managers regarding campaign progress, timelines, and execution updates.
  • Review influencer research and outreach lists, providing quality feedback and recommendations.
  • Monitor campaign performance, assets, budgets, and timelines through internal management systems.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, including communication issues, content revisions, and delivery delays.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and real-time visibility into campaign status and creator partnerships.
  • Support continuous improvement of influencer marketing processes and best practices.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital campaigns, with strong communication skills and a passion for online communities and gaming culture. You should be comfortable building relationships with creators, managing campaign operations, and working in a fast-moving environment.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with creator communities and audience trends across North America and Europe.
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with creators and partners.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
