Job description

Walkup Studio is a social-first digital media agency offering strategy, content, production, and platform management. We partner with fashion, lifestyle, and mission-led brands — as well as creators and talent — to help them grow and shine online through elevated storytelling, high-impact visuals, and data-driven strategies.

We're seeking a culturally fluent, relationship-driven Influencer Manager to lead our creator marketing efforts across platforms. The ideal candidate has strong taste, a deep understanding of digital culture, and a proven ability to build influencer programs that feel fresh, intentional, and on-brand.

You'll be responsible for identifying and managing creator relationships, overseeing day-to-day campaign execution, and helping shape the voice and reach of the brands we work with. This role is equal parts strategy and execution — you know how to drive impact, measure it, and make it look effortless.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead influencer strategy, including sourcing talent, campaign planning, and execution across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Manage influencer briefs, content calendars, timelines, and approval workflows
  • Partner with creative, strategy, and paid teams to align campaign execution with platform best practices.
  • Handle outreach, negotiations, contracts, and deliverables — both paid and organ
  • Facilitate cross-team and client communication to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Track performance metrics and translate insights into strategic recommendations
  • Oversee product seeding and gifting programs (concepting, shipping, follow-up)
  • Collaborate with creative, social, and brand teams to ensure influencer content feels native, on-brief, and aligned with campaign goals
  • Build and maintain a network of trusted creators, agents, and managers
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, creator behaviors, and emerging voices
  • Approach every situation with a solutions-oriented mindset — every problem has a path forward — while upholding strict discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, or digital partnerships (agency or brand side)
  • Proven ability to lead influencer campaigns from concept through execution
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong grasp of creator culture and an eye for talent that's both on-brand and breaking through
  • Confident communicator, skilled negotiator, and respectful relationship-builder
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools/platforms (e.g. GRIN, CreatorIQ, Aspire)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail and speed
  • Experience working with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands a plus
Bonus Points
  • You've launched large-scale influencer campaigns or creator-led activation
  • You already have a roster of go-to creators you've worked with
  • You can concept with creatives and advise talent on content that performs
  • You thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and performance bonuses.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement plan options.
  • Generous vacation policy and flexible working arrangements.
  • Continuous learning and development opportunities.
