The Digital team at Atlantic Music Group is dedicated to building artist careers through the intersection of music and technology. By utilizing influencer partnerships and through creative marketing campaigns, we build online and mobile fan communities, with an eye towards evolving the way that fans listen to, participate in, and purchase music and related products. We create, market, distribute and optimize content, develop and implement CRM/fan acquisition strategies, and work with new, engaging digital platforms and startups.

Here you'll get to:

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns for artists across Atlantic Music Group's roster.
  • Use analytical tools to identify patterns in user behavior and make informed campaign recommendations based on data findings (trend forecasting, campaign abnormalities)
  • Identify and maintain relationships with relevant influencers, tastemakers, and culturally-aligned content creators.
  • Create owned and operated channels by applying knowledge in algorithms and trends
  • Support the development of campaign briefs tailored to each song or artist, ensuring influencer content is aligned with tone and artist identity.
  • Track emerging trends and viral challenges online, flagging opportunities for proactive creator outreach.
  • Manage campaign logistics, including tracking outreach and coordinating product/mailings when relevant.
  • Monitor and report on influencer campaign performance using tools like Creator Core, Cobrand, and internal metrics dashboards.
  • Collaborate closely with artists' product managers, A&R, creative teams, and external agencies to align on campaign goals and timelines.
  • Support influencer onboarding for in-person activations, video shoots, listening sessions, and community-driven initiatives.

About you:

  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with all genres; pop, rock, country, hip-hop and rap as well as experience with online communities, and relevant creators across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for compelling pitch emails and campaign briefs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and remain detail-oriented under pressure.
  • Passion for music discovery and a desire to champion new voices and movements within the genre.

We'd love it if you also had:

  • Experience with influencer management platforms and campaign reporting tools is a plus
