Job description

As our Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will drive our creator program across the U.S. market, based in Montclair, California. You will be responsible for overseeing everything from scouting top talent and negotiating contracts to scaling paid amplification and analyzing campaign performance metrics to maximize brand impact.
You will join PERGOLUX, a premium, fast-growing global outdoor living brand rooted in Scandinavian design. We foster an ambitious, innovative, and deeply collaborative culture where humility, appreciation, and unity guide how we work together to bring beautiful outdoor experiences to life.
What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, managing everything from creator briefing and contract negotiation to final performance reporting.
  • Recruit, vet, and manage a diverse portfolio of creators across nano, micro, and macro tiers while ensuring deliverables align with brand guidelines and budgets.
  • Partner closely with Creative and Performance teams to optimize influencer content for both organic reach and paid amplification workflows, such as whitelisting and TikTok Spark Ads.
  • Track, analyze, and translate campaign performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS) into actionable recommendations that consistently improve marketing efficiency.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies to cultivate a loyal network of brand ambassadors.
What You'll Bring
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing influencer marketing campaigns, specifically within an e-commerce, DTC, or consumer goods environment.
  • Proven experience with paid social amplification workflows, including whitelisting, creator licensing, or Spark Ads.
